This site is small and collects very little. This notice says what, why and what we do with it.

What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your organization if you give it, your email address and your message. It is emailed to Tom Miyashiro and a copy is kept on our web server so nothing is lost. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on the work you asked about.

We do not sell, rent or share it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

What the site records on its own

Like any web server, ours records the internet address and browser of each visit in its logs, which the host keeps for a limited time for security. When you send the form, your internet address is stored with the message to slow down automated spam.

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. [If analytics are added, name the service here.]

Services we rely on

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. [Add the booking service once chosen.]

Your choices
